Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed)
  • Any items without original tags or packaging

Simple 3-Step Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return Request
    Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Use our template below for faster processing.
  2. Package Your Items Securely
    Once approved, repackage the items in their original packaging (if possible) and include all tags. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  3. Ship to Our Returns Center

Return Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For international returns, please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size or color changes):

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the preferred replacement item
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return (standard shipping rates apply for the new shipment)
