We typically process orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

- Flat rate: $12.95 USD
Free Shipping:
- Available for orders over $50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

Easy Returns & Exchanges
We want you and your little ones to be completely happy with your purchases. If you’re not satisfied, we offer simple returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Original proof of purchase must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed
- Any items without original tags or packaging
Simple 3-Step Return Process

Step 2: Package Your Items Securely
Once approved, repackage items in original packaging (if possible) with all tags attached. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping Information
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product)
- For international returns, please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Refunds issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process
For size or color changes:
